Job Summary
Develop and implement people strategies supporting business growth, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and succession. Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law. Support recruitment activities, enhance employer branding within the Dutch market, and drive learning and development initiatives for leadership and management capabilities. Maintain accurate HR records, analyse metrics to support business decisions, and oversee continuous improvement of people practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices
- Proven experience managing employee relations and advising managers on people matters
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within hospitality, food service, retail, facilities management, or another multi-site operational environment
- Experience supporting a growing business through change and transformation
- Professional HR qualification or membership of a recognised HR bod
