Job Summary
Partner with site leaders to oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational design while managing complex employee relations investigations. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers, including coaching and corrective actions, and analyze HR metrics to inform policy decisions. Execute employee engagement initiatives, resolve regulatory compliance issues, and act as a trusted advisor to drive business results and strengthen morale. Support two locations within the Specialty Thin Film Division, requiring access to information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Human Resources or Business Management
- 5+ years related experience in Human Resources
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must have access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial
