Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support performance management, appraisals, staff development initiatives, and employee engagement, welfare, and training programs. Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns. Requires 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred 4–5 years for senior roles), strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS tools. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration needed.
