HR Manager

Execute HR policy development and coaching for leadership and management teams on topics including performance, development, absence, and labor law. Serve as the primary advisor for executives and the first point of contact for employees regarding personnel issues, while proactively identifying organizational challenges and implementing operational improvements for recruitment, contracts, and leave management. Initiate HR projects to enhance professionalization and ensure compliance with regulations. Report directly to a Managing Director and manage the Office Manager. Collaborate within a compact, international, and multicultured team, stepping in to cover operational tasks when colleagues are absent. Contribute to employer branding and talent development strategies within a non-hierarchical environment focused on innovation in vibration reduction technology.
