Job Summary
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations. Manage legal compliance, payroll accuracy, and performance management guidance including coaching, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews. Lead recruitment efforts, develop contract terms, and coordinate training plans while ensuring employee records meet GDPR confidentiality standards. Provide policy interpretation and benefit program support to drive engagement and retention. Requires a 4-year degree, 7 years HR experience, and proficiency in HRIS. Based in TSS Pittsburgh with under 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in Human Resources
- Role covers TSS Pittsburgh
- some travel might be necessary for HR training or conferences. Under 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Masters in an HR related field - preferred
- SPHR
