Job Summary
HR Manager, Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and HR analytics; lead annual compensation cycles, conduct pay equity audits, ensure multi-state wage/hour compliance; manage benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor management, and compliance with ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA; administer leave and workers' compensation; develop total rewards communications; maintain HR dashboards and analytics in Paylocity; support HR audits, performance management, and HR generalist duties across a multi-state workforce; participate in HR due diligence for acquisitions and multi-entity integrations; role is an individual contributor with high visibility within a lean People team.
