HR Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative workflows, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service quality. Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives focused on process improvements, scalability, and operational efficiency. Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic HR planning and align talent strategies with business objectives. Oversee and optimize HR programs including performance management and employee relations. Analyze data to inform HR strategy and decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage and develop HR team members and collaborate with senior leadership to set HR priorities and long-term initiatives. Ensure strong communication across HR, leadership, and employees to support execution of HR programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR planning and project leadership
- Demonstrated success leading complex HR initiatives and driving process improvements
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Experience overseeing HR operations or administrative functions, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Prior experience managing HR staff; exposure to HRBP models or readiness to lead HRBP functions in the future preferred
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred
