Job Summary
HR Manager overseeing HRM/HRD/GA & Employee Relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and welfare; performance management, training & development, compliance with Thai labor laws; cross-location coordination between Rayong and Bangkok; travel to Bangkok ~2 days/week; strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in Thai and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources
- 7–10 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing and/or multinational environment
- Experience in industrial relations, union management, and employee relations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Experience overseeing payroll, HR operations, visa/work permit processes
- Exposure to plant-based employee services and workplace environment improvements
