Job Summary
HR Manager role in Cork, Ireland with Stryker Instruments offering a hybrid/remote work model. Executes talent strategy across the organization, supports employee relations, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design and development, and change management to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. Partners with managers and HR colleagues to implement HR programs, leverage workforce analytics, drive leadership capability, and align HR initiatives with business goals. Requires 8+ years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to apply policy, compliance, and change-management practices across the organization. Travel: minimal per description; remote/hybrid options available; location explicitly Cork, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) from an accredited university
- Advanced degree preferred
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills
- Demonstrated business and analytical ability with workforce insights and data
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Experience partnering with business leaders on organizational design and change management
