Job Summary
HR Manager in Limerick (Permanent, Hybrid). Partners with business leaders and people managers to provide practical HR guidance, employee relations support, and data-driven insights to inform decisions. Drives a high-performing culture by aligning HR policies with local needs, mitigating risk through compliance knowledge, building trusted relationships with managers, coaching on HR matters, implementing HR solutions, delivering high-quality HR services, and analyzing HR data to guide action in retention, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years’ professional HR experience
- Experience partnering with centres of expertise and business leaders
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance management matters
- Strong facilitation, consulting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
