Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of store organization talent management initiatives aligned to business objectives while partnering with HR Business Partners to identify critical talent risks and succession opportunities. Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strategies, including developing high-potential talent programs and evaluating organizational talent health to improve bench strength. Develop workforce forecasting models to support growth plans and labor optimization, while analyzing trends related to turnover, retention, engagement, and internal mobility to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations. Prepare executive talent review materials and present workforce insights to senior leadership teams, ensuring reporting consistency and data integrity across HR sources.
Required Qualifications
