Job Summary
Newly established HR role in Stokvis Nordics combining operational and strategic HR across the Nordic region, with international touchpoints across Europe, the United States, and Asia. You will support managers and employees through the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation planning, labor law) and contribute to HR process development, union relations, and Workday-related HR processes. Close collaboration with the HR Director in Poland and Nordic leadership, focusing on structuring and aligning HR practices, while staying connected to local Nordic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Broad HR experience
- Experience in international organization
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR processes
- Experience supporting managers in operational and strategic HR matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-oriented mindset and ability to support organizational development and change
- Fluency in English
