Job Summary
Partner with the Regional Director to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and lead management through change initiatives. Oversee the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and India. Provide strategic oversight of the employee lifecycle, manage the HR Specialist team, and align regional best practices with the broader APAC community. Navigate complex labor laws and embed Axis core values throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role within a multinational/international environment
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operations across multiple territories
- Solid understanding of India labor law
- Exposure to Southeast Asia (SEA) countries regulations
- Strong knowledge across the full HR spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop direct reports remotely
- Hands-on experience in Change Management and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives
- Strong leadership presence with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- A high degree of self-awareness, integrity, and EQ
- A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Exceptional command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in additional regional languages
- Certification in behavioral assessments (e.g., DISC, NLP)
- Proven background in designing and delivering impactful learning workshops
