Job Summary
Cooperate in the regional Human Resources team to implement corporate HR programs and lead regional project initiatives. Develop relationships with managers and employees by analyzing data to determine HR needs and act as a consultant on HR programs and processes. Oversee policy implementation for recruitment, compensation, benefits, employment law, training, and organizational development while managing employee relations regarding supervision, discipline, and performance evaluations. Partner with hiring managers to recruit candidates, develop workforce planning, and forecast against business objectives. Deliver HR tasks including payroll, benefits, HRM, and talent management, while supporting expatriate and foreign employees with relocation, housing, and tax matters. Manage factory and office administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR minimum 5 years
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Good English skills to communicate business conversations
- Good computer skills for MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Faithful and dedicated person in business
