Job Summary
Lead day-to-day human resources operations for Salvagnini America and Salvagnini Canada, administering payroll, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies, and serving as a trusted employee advocate. Drive employee relations, engagement, and culture, coach managers on performance matters, manage HRIS and open enrollment, and oversee safety/compliance programs (OSHA, workers’ compensation, FMLA) with partner/vendor support. Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, prepare HR reports and KPIs, and support investigations and corrective actions. This role offers a defined advancement path into broader HR leadership opportunities as the organization grows, with travel limited and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and business partnership. Travel up to 15% and reports to the VP Finance & HR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–7 years of progressive HR experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Payroll administration experience preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus
