Job Summary

Serve as the primary HR partner to managers and employees across RxAnte and Mosaic Pharmacy, building trusted relationships grounded in positive intent. Lead employee relations matters including workplace investigations, ensuring thorough documentation, consistent application of policy, and fair outcomes. Support the full performance management cycle: targeted performance plans, annual reviews, and talent calibration support. Coach and influence managers on people decisions, difficult conversations, and team effectiveness. Administer and optimize HRIS processes including performance review workflows, people data reporting, and system configuration support. Partner with the VP of HR and others within HR on compensation and benefits administration, job architecture, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support employee engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce connection, recognition, and the company's mission. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as the function continues to build foundational capability. This role supports teams serving clients and medically complex seniors, ensuring they are well led, well supported, and set up to succeed.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with depth in employee relations and performance management
  • Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations with objectivity, thoroughness, and sound risk assessment
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, gravitas, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Track record of coaching managers through difficult situations using positive intent, balancing empathy with accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey difficult messages clearly and with care
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including configuring and running performance review cycles, building reports, and maintaining data integrity
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in ambiguous or sensitive situations, with a readiness to make and stand behind difficult calls
  • Impeccable record of maintaining confidentiality when entrusted with the most sensitive of personnel information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience
  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation environment
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Multi-entity or multi-state HR experience
