Job Summary
HR Manager at Russell Stover Chocolates manufacturing facility in Abilene, KS. Provides full-spectrum HR support, leads facility staffing, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee development; drives engagement programs and a values-driven culture; ensures regulatory and GMP/FSQA compliance; analyzes data to identify root causes and guides leadership with actionable improvements; supports food safety objectives and continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture; on-site role Monday–Friday in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field - or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Previous work experience managing people and/or leading teams
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Ability to be on-site 5 days a week, Monday – Friday
