Job Summary
Establish and enhance the human resources framework aligned with the company's strategic goals in Malaysia. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and workforce planning to support growth, while maintaining knowledge of local compensation trends to design compliant programs that attract and retain talent. Oversee HR policy implementation to ensure regulatory compliance and foster an inclusive corporate culture, working closely with the training team to enhance employee development programs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years of well-rounded HR management experience in Malaysia, including strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of well-rounded HR management experience in Malaysia
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee training and development, and managing employee relations
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Malay
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven effectiveness in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
Desired Qualifications
