Job Summary
HR Manager responsible for leading human resources functions at a Villa Rica, GA campus. Responsibilities include safety program compliance, supporting engagement and development processes, job descriptions and analyses, performance evaluations, individual development plans, career development, associate engagement and promotion, benefits and salary administration, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local, state, and federal laws. Acts as an HR Business Partner to Villa Rica management, supports VR campus activities, and connects associates with community resources. Requires effective communication, conflict resolution, analytical skills, and business acumen within a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety leadership, policy adherence, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Social Sciences or equivalent work experience
- Strong Conflict Resolution Skills
- Self-Starter with the ability to independently prioritize the needs of the plant and the HR function
- Effective oral and written communication across multiple levels within the Organization
- Proficient analytical skills to assess and analyze talent analytics
- Business acumen
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
