Job Summary
Site HR Manager partnerships with Bedford and Chelmsford site leaders to translate business goals into HR initiatives. Leads HR solutions across performance management, employee relations, compensation analyses, and collaboration with talent acquisition to drive recruitment. Acts as a strategic partner for org design, policy/process expertise, mentorship of managers, and execution of programs aligning HR practices with site strategy. Responsible for PMD, calibration, and ensuring HR processes (PMD, performance calibration, compensation planning) align with goals; supports HR platforms and large-scale initiatives; fosters engagement, retention, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple sites within the BioProduction group. Education required: bachelor’s; master’s preferred. 4+ years HR experience recommended. Salary range Massachusetts: $103,100–$154,700 with potential bonus; comprehensive benefits described.
