Job Summary
Partner with technology leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce planning while navigating rapid digital transformation. Provide data-driven insights for decision-making, support succession planning, and coach managers on performance conversations and leadership development. Assess employee sentiment through surveys and listening channels, facilitate engagement strategies, and guide leaders through organizational design, restructuring, and change initiatives. Mitigate people-related risks, champion AI-enabled HR practices, and build high-performing, inclusive teams that balance business outcomes with exceptional employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- significant HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, digital, or similarly dynamic business functions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Demonstrated experience in talent management
- Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness
