Job Summary
HR Manager to lead site HR department at Reach Logistics' North Las Vegas warehouse. Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave, performance management, employee relations, policy enforcement, training program administration, OSHA logs and workers' comp records, recruitment support (background checks, interviews, onboarding, succession planning), HRIS management, compliance with federal/state/local laws, and driving employee engagement and retention in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in an HR Generalist role or higher
- Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse/retail environment preferred
- Ability to work onsite 7:30am-4:30pm M-F with weekend escalation
- Experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, ACA)
