Job Summary
Oversee the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning to offboarding for 800 employees across production, maintenance, and quality. Coordinate recruitment strategies to build robust talent pipelines and lead a team of HR Professionals in supporting Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Build leadership capacity through coaching and professional development while handling employee relations, labor affairs, and union negotiations in a unionized environment. Serve as a strategic speaking partner to manufacturing and maintenance leadership teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness and support business transformation. Report to the Senior Director People & Culture in Karlskrona, where you will help shape the workplace culture and advance the green transition within one of Europe's leading cable manufacturing sites.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and union environments
- Experience leading HR teams
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability
- Experience in organizational development and change management

- Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing environments
