Job Summary
Lead HR operations for a skilled long-term care facility. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives; benefits administration and payroll processing; compliance with personnel policies and regulations; workers' compensation and unemployment claims management; EEOC compliance; employee relations support and conflict resolution; policy interpretation and enforcement; HR reporting, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance; cross-functional support to department managers and leadership; and support for employee engagement and recognition programs. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
