Job Summary
Strategic HR Business Partner/Multi-Site HR Manager to support a multi-site manufacturing and distribution network (4 locations, 700+ employees) in Raleigh/Durham, NC. Partners with site/functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals; coaches managers to improve leadership effectiveness; leads employee relations, investigations, and performance management; drives workforce planning, retention, and talent development; initiates HR projects focusing on leadership development, engagement, and culture; analyzes workforce data to inform decisions; ensures compliance with employment laws; supports recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning in a high-volume environment; maintains strong site presence with regular travel; manages a small team of HR professionals. Requires Bachelor's degree, 8+ years HR experience in manufacturing/operations; relocation assistance available; minimal travel (~10%); salary $130,000-$190,000 with eligibility for a variable incentive; no immigration sponsorship; comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of professional human resources experience
- Manufacturing industry/operations environment experience required
