Job Summary

HR Manager for a 9-month maternity cover based in our Tbilisi office. You will lead HR operations for Georgia-based employees, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, data accuracy across HR systems, payroll data coordination with providers, and documentation. You’ll act as a primary HR contact for employees, ensuring a positive experience and compliance. Core responsibilities also include global mobility and immigration coordination for non-citizen employees in Georgia, managing relocations and work authorization, plus overseeing EOR communications and payroll data submission across multiple countries. You’ll support office administration, coordinate vendors and office supplies, and collaborate with HR and other teams on various matters. The role requires experience in international environments, stakeholder management with external partners (payroll providers, EORs, relocation/immigration services), and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth processes. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, coordination, or administration
  • experience supporting core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, compliance)
  • familiarity with working in an international or multicultural company
  • ability to coordinate with external partners (payroll providers, EOR vendors, relocation or immigration services)
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proactive, hands-on approach with ownership of processes
  • comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
  • clear and professional communication, with a supportive attitude
  • business-level English as primary working language
