Job Summary
HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a manufacturing facility. Own full-cycle recruiting from engineers to hourly production staff, coach managers on employee relations and performance management, oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS data, and benefits administration, ensure labor-law compliance, safety program support, and rollout of corporate policies and training. The role bridges local team, facility leadership, and corporate HR initiatives, driving culture, engagement, retention, and HR operations across a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum of 4 years HR leadership experience within manufacturing
- Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing and technical employees
- Benefits administration experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (FMLA, FLSA, ADA)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
