Job Summary
HR Manager for manufacturing operations responsible for employee relations, talent development, compliance, compensation, and hiring across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Partners with business leaders to design recruiting strategies, guide policy interpretation, manage investigations, and drive diversity and safety initiatives while applying HR disciplines including compensation, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Requires building strong relationships, strategic workforce planning, coaching line management, and data-driven decision making to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent experience; 8 years with a Bachelor’s, 6 years with Master’s, or PhD with 3 years’ experience as alternative tracks
- Preferred PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws (federal and state)
- Ability to develop strong relationships with leadership and internal customers
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable HR solutions
