Job Summary
HR Manager to lead HR functions across a growing real estate management company. Oversees recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, policy development, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include advising management on HR best practices, developing and implementing HR policies, managing end-to-end recruiting and onboarding, handling employee relations and performance reviews, overseeing payroll and compensation processes, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving scalable HR systems and SOPs. Requires strong HR leadership experience, full-cycle recruiting and employee relations expertise, and the ability to manage payroll, performance reviews, terminations, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Strong employee relations and performance management background
- Experience handling payroll processes and compensation administration
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Real estate, property management, construction, or service industry experience preferred
