Job Summary
Lead HR activities for the new manufacturing facility launch, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and communications. Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, warehouse, and technical roles while establishing standardized HR policies and procedures. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and policy matters, partnering cross-functionally with operations, safety, and payroll. Oversee core HR functions such as benefits, leave administration, and payroll support, ensuring accurate records and audit readiness. Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience supporting a new site launch, startup, or rapid growth environment
- Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience with high-volume hiring and workforce planning
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build structure and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
