Job Summary

As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner and operational leader responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent at Logan Services. You will oversee key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, benefits administration, compliance, compensation, and employee engagement, while partnering with leaders across the organization to support growth and organizational success. Key responsibilities include leading recruiting and onboarding strategies; strengthening performance, leadership effectiveness, accountability, and team development; managing employee relations, investigations, and performance-improvement initiatives; overseeing benefits administration, leave management, compliance programs, and HR policies; driving engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives; analyzing workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies; and leading process-improvement initiatives to achieve consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change
  • Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics (preferred)
  • Experience leading recruiting functions and high-volume hiring (preferred)
