Job Summary
HR Manager for KnowBe4 Brazil to lead the local HR strategy and operations for the Brazil Success Hub in São Paulo. On-site 4 days per week, the role partners with global TA, drives onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensures CLT compliance, culture advocacy, and local HR policy alignment with global standards. Responsibilities include scaling headcount, driving talent assessments and onboarding experiences, coordinating local interview workflows, managing compliance, and supporting DEI initiatives while collaborating with regional HR partners and US department heads. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years HR experience in high-growth/global environments (tech preferred), fluency in Portuguese and English, knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, and proficiency with Workday and Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a high-growth "Success Hub" or global company environment - ideally in the tech space.
- Bilingual Fluency: Portuguese and English
- Legal Familiarity: Brazilian Labor Laws (CLT)
- Strategic Advisor: ability to influence local leaders and coach on ER issues
- Candidate Assessment: ability to assess cultural alignment objectively
- Technical Proficiency: Workday and Google Workspace
- Service Mindset: hands-on and operational execution
- Collaborative Ability: work with HR Partners, regional HR Managers, HR departments and Success Hub teams
- A hands-on approach and strong service mindset
- Confidentiality and time management
- Multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Workday is a plus
