Job Summary
HR Manager at a 100+ person manufacturing site leading HR operations and serving as a strategic partner to business leadership. Oversees daily HR operations, guides an HR specialist at another site, and delivers recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and terminations while ensuring legal compliance (FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp, FLSA, COBRA, I-9, etc.). Develops talent strategies to strengthen retention, engagement, and career development; drives process improvements and cost-efficient HR services; promotes a positive workplace culture with visible floor presence; supports payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and 401k programs. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
