Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, partnering with business leaders to plan workforce requirements and strengthen employer branding. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS maintenance, while ensuring compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies. Lead performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives, handling grievances and disciplinary matters to foster a positive culture. Support organizational development, change management, and HR budgeting by aligning initiatives with business goals. Based in Indore, this high-ownership role requires an MBA/PGDM in HR and 4+ years of experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Graduate
- 4 yrs & above
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
- ideally spanning HRBP, Generalist, or HR Operations roles
- Working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
