HR Manager - Italy

Senior HR Manager for Manitou Italia Srl (MIT) overseeing the implementation and local adaptation of Group HR policies within the Operations Directorate, coordinating HR activities across two Italian subsidiaries, and serving as the key liaison for union relations while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include managing local union relations and disputes, ensuring legislative and contractual compliance, deploying HR policies across personnel, directing recruitment and selection, defining competence requirements with Operations Managers, coordinating with the Italian L&D function, handling administrative HR activities (payroll, contributions, absences, injuries), analyzing personnel costs, promoting a positive internal climate, and coordinating subsidiary HR activities to ensure consistency with Group practices. Location is Castelfranco, Modena, Italy; occasional travel to other plants or the France HQ. Applicants must be authorized to work in Italy.
