Job Summary
Partner with business leaders across EMEA to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service by acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation. Support managers with complex people issues, coach on leadership effectiveness, and drive performance processes including goal setting and reviews. Lead organisational change initiatives, restructures, and business transformation projects while contributing to talent management and succession planning. Utilise HR metrics to inform business decisions and partner with stakeholders on engagement and retention strategies. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices while collaborating with global colleagues to ensure a consistent employee experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, proven experience as an HR Business Partner, and strong knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change initiatives
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational approach
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing international business
Desired Qualifications
- Background within professional services, legal services, financial services, technology or a similarly regulated industry is advantageous
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable
