Job Summary
HR Manager in Camarillo, CA responsible for compliance with company policies and laws, designing and overseeing a comprehensive Total Rewards/compensation strategy, benefits administration and vendor relationships, ERISA/ACA/HIPAA regulatory monitoring in US and Canada, job architecture and compensation reviews, policy development, EEO reporting, and leading a high-performing HR team; requires Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 5+ years HR experience with supervisory background, HRIS proficiency, benefits and compensation expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel; role is full-time, exempt with standard office hours and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources
- HRIS systems/HRIS Management and optimization
- Employee engagement strategies and culture-building initiatives
- Benefits administration and evaluation of benefits programs
- Total compensation planning and pay equity analysis
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
