HR Manager

HR Manager at the Huntsman Duxford site combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational delivery to support site growth and leadership capability. You will act as the senior HR Partner to the Site Leadership Team, translate business priorities into people initiatives (workforce planning, organisation design, capability development), drive site transformation, coach leaders, lead workforce planning and talent development, manage complex employee relations and ensure core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll interfaces, compensation, benefits, mobility, retirement, redundancy, offboarding). You will review and improve HR policies to align with business needs and legal requirements, work with Shared Services and the European HR team to ensure an efficient operating model, establish HR performance measures using data insights, and maintain robust HR records with data privacy and audit controls. The role requires strong generalist HR expertise, experience in manufacturing, up-to-date employment law knowledge, the ability to diagnose issues and drive change, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is preferred.
