Job Summary
HR Manager for Production & Technical PPE Europe, acting as a strategic and operational partner to managers with a focus on leadership support, talent management, engagement, work environment, and union collaboration. Responsible for implementing HR processes, tools (including Sage), ensuring organization capabilities to hit goals, and governance of work environment (HSE) matters; manages LTI, incident and near-miss reporting, rehabilitation with occupational health services, and maintains up-to-date, legally compliant HR templates. Requires travel between production sites; located at the office/production site in Hultafors (near Gothenburg) with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Solid experience as an HR Manager, preferably within production and/or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, work environment legislation, and union relations
- Experience as a process owner within HR and work environment areas
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Driver's license required due to regular travel between sites
