Job Summary
Seeking HR Manager with 7+ years HR experience to lead HR functions including hiring, employee relations, and compliance for a newly formed company. Requires Bachelor's degree and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Salary starting at $75,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of seven years of human resource experience.
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PEOs, HRIS and talent management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated leadership and customer-centric skills; the ability to manage multiple projects; and the willingness and ability to learn and grow in this position.
Desired Qualifications
- Human Resources certification(s) such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
