Job Summary
HR Manager for Home Instead franchise in Fort Collins leading HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and training; responsible for annual HR plan and budget, compliance with Home Instead standards and state requirements, interviewing Care Professionals, employee engagement and retention, performance management, and external relations (job fairs, unemployment hearings). Requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, and ability to work evenings/weekends; notary licensure and valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Four to ten years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Notary Licensure
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
