HR Manager

HR Manager to translate the enterprise People Strategy into functional action plans, partnering with leaders to prioritize initiatives, drive execution, and measure progress toward workforce and organizational goals. Provides mentoring to managers on HR policies and people-management capabilities; coordinates key HR programs including talent management, total rewards cycles (merit/bonus planning), employee engagement initiatives, learning and development strategy, career coaching, mentoring frameworks, employee relations, and performance management. Partners with HR enablement teams, HRBPs, and COEs; advises employees and managers on complex HR queries; conducts investigations and recommends fair, consistent solutions. Champions employee experience, shares insights on workforce sentiment and culture across locations; ensures compliance with local employment legislation and mitigates risks. Drives governance of HR policies and programs, supports change initiatives across regions, and contributes to workforce planning by identifying talent gaps and collaborating with leadership. Works effectively across cultures/time zones to support a globally consistent employee experience.
