Job Summary
Strategic HR Manager partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while aligning people strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce and talent strategy development, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, workforce planning, recruiting, labor relations, compensation governance, HR policy guidance and compliance, change management, and coaching of HR Business Partners. Requires experience in manufacturing or unionized environments; strong partnering, analytics, and consulting skills to drive a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partnering, or Employee Relations
- 1–2 years of leadership or people management experience
