Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership to lead employee and labor relations while coaching supervisors and managers. Strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes to improve engagement and retention, ensuring compliance with employment laws. Drive organizational development initiatives and develop leadership capability throughout the organization. This role reports directly to the President at a diversified metal parts manufacturer in Upstate, SC, offering a competitive salary, bonus, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing
- Strong employee relations background
- Leadership coaching experience
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trust while maintaining fairness and consistency
Desired Qualifications
- Union manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Automotive or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus
