Job Summary
HR Manager responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding across office and field sites; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies; partner with leadership to develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and best practices; support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement across multiple job sites; requires strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; in-depth knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and construction workforce practices; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; professional with ability to build trust among both field and office employees.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in construction or related industry
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and Microsoft/Google tools
