Job Summary
Lead HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals while advising leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management. Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution to promote an inclusive, ethical workplace culture. Oversee compensation, benefits, HR audits, reporting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, CARF standards, and agency policies. Supervise HR staff, manage HR systems and records, and improve HR processes to support talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and performance management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, and valid Oklahoma Driver License. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-Site or Hybrid in Oklahoma City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and strategic workforce management
- Valid Oklahoma Driver License
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pass background checks and drug screenings
- Meet federal contract site clearance requirements
- Stable work history
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- CARF accreditation experience
- Experience in HR analytics, organizational development, and change management
