Job Summary
Own U.S. hiring end to end by partnering with department heads and the Director – HR to scope roles, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and close offers on time. Build and run the U.S. onboarding program to ensure new hires receive equipment, system access, and context to hit the ground running in week one. Serve as the single point of contact for every U.S. employee regarding HR, travel, and admin questions, while championing Dozee's culture through rituals and communication across time zones. Manage U.S. vendors, payroll coordination, and compliance with state and federal requirements, focusing on Texas regulations as the team grows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding end to end
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
Desired Qualifications
- ideally including some time at a startup or fast-scaling company
- exposure working with a PEO
- Experience coordinating with teams in other countries and time zones
- Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or a fast-growing startup environment
