Job Summary
Oversee daily HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, and manage the full recruitment cycle including contract preparation. Develop HR policies, manuals, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring proper implementation. Maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and salary scales, and handle payroll, compensation, and benefits packages with accuracy. Support performance management processes, including reviews, reward schemes, and employee development plans. Manage attendance and annual leave records, and cooperate with department managers on training initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, full-cycle recruiting experience, and familiarity with Libyan labor law. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field
- Professional experience HR specialist/generalist role with full-cycle recruiting knowledge
- Familiarity with Libyan labor law
- Excellent English & Arabic communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
