Job Summary
HR Manager responsible for end-to-end human resources in a fast-paced BPO setting. Drives bulk hiring, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll inputs, onboarding, learning and development, retention, and stakeholder management. Focus areas include workforce planning for high-volume recruitment, stay/exit interviews, KPI alignment and PIP implementation, HRIS and documentation, audit readiness, and driving engagement programs to support workforce stability and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO/ITES industry
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and attrition management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools
