Job Summary
Lead strategic HR initiatives that enable the mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Provide comprehensive HR leadership to shape culture built on 4i values while working closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. Drive organizational effectiveness by supporting strategic initiatives, managing performance, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. Coordinate complex HR initiatives using project management skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and analytics tools. Navigate complex situations with strong problem-solving abilities and build professional relationships across all organizational levels. Work effectively in a dynamic, global environment with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in progressive HR
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in employee relations
- Experience in compensation
- Experience in organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
- Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Business acumen and strategic mindset
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Fluent English
- Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
- Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous
- Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred
- Additional language skills valued
- Experience in a global matrix organization
